VYNE provides tools to connect third-party platforms and help users create, schedule, and publish content, and view posting status and related information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, or using VYNE to violate any law, platform policy, or third-party rights.

VYNE integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., social networks). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies. Platform availability and features may change at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

VYNE and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content. You grant VYNE permission to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service (e.g., publishing to connected platforms).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party platforms will accept or publish content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VYNE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to comply with law or third-party platform requirements.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
