Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026 · Version: 2026.08.04
Effective date: August 4, 2026
These Terms describe current use of VYNE Social. Clauses marked [Counsel review required] are placeholders for counsel-approved language and are not finalized legal commitments invented by engineering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VYNE Social (“VYNE Social”, “VYNE”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
VYNE Social provides tools to connect third-party platforms and help users create, schedule, and publish content, manage media and drafts, and view posting status and related information. VYNE Social may publish content to connected platforms based on user instructions or scheduled actions initiated by the user.
Features may be unavailable, preview-only, or inactive until entitlement, provider certification, or activation gates are satisfied. We do not represent inactive or future capabilities as currently operational.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and must not use the service if prohibited by applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 13.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you connect third-party platforms to VYNE Social, you are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts and complying with the terms and policies of those platforms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, scraping or abusing APIs, or using VYNE Social to violate any law, platform policy, or third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through VYNE Social complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms where it is published.
6. Third-Party Platforms
VYNE Social integrates with third-party platforms (for example social media and messaging services). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms, policies, and developer platform rules. VYNE Social is not responsible for changes to third-party platform functionality, availability, rate limits, or policies.
7. Platform Compliance
When using VYNE Social with third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other services we enable, users must comply with the terms, community guidelines, and developer policies of those platforms. VYNE Social only performs actions explicitly initiated or scheduled by the user and does not automate posting or interaction without user direction.
8. Intellectual Property
VYNE Social and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content. You grant VYNE Social permission to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service (for example, publishing to connected platforms). You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish any content you submit through the service.
9. AI Features
VYNE Social may provide artificial intelligence-assisted tools that help generate captions, suggestions, or other content to support users in creating and managing posts. These features generate automated suggestions based on user inputs.
Users are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. VYNE Social does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. Some AI capabilities remain inactive until activation gates are met.
10. Scheduling, publishing, and media
Scheduling and publishing are user-directed. You are responsible for the timing, targeting, and content of scheduled or immediate posts. Media you upload remains subject to our security and ownership checks; originals and derivatives are handled according to VYNE’s media ownership model. Editing tools do not publish by themselves; publishing remains through owned publish/schedule flows.
11. Fees and payment
Current public use described by these Terms does not activate a consumer paid billing flow. If paid plans are offered later, fees, taxes, refunds, and processor terms will be added before those plans go live.
[Counsel review required] Subscription, refund, and chargeback language awaits counsel and billing activation.
12. Account suspension, termination, and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to comply with law or third-party platform requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@visitvyne.com or through in-product Settings when the deletion workflow is available.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party platforms will accept or publish content.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VYNE Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
[Counsel review required] Cap of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, and governing law/venue await counsel approval for the launch entity and geography.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date and version will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
